Emotions are meant to be Felt

Emotions are hard to control a lot of the time.

Sometimes they have so much control over you,

you don’t even know how to control them back

Frustration for example. you don’t want to be frustrated 

with your kids and your loved ones, but sometimes frustration gets a hold over you.

And anger, you sometime let your anger control you so much that 

You do things you wouldn’t normally do

Sadness: when you are sad, you often wonder if the sadness is going to consume you.

As humans we have to try our hardest to not let our emotions consume us.

Because giving our emotions too much power can be dangerous and toxic.

Let’s be kinder to ourselves.

Let’s remember that emotions are meant to feel not to be controlled nor to

be consumed by them.
